Responsibilities:

  • Lead YouTube creator marketing, managing complex Product areas and challenges across the creator ecosystem.
  • Provide marketing leadership across the organization to influence and drive strategies impacting YouTube.
  • Set a creator marketing strategy to achieve our YouTube business goal (e.g., Creator M10N and CSAT).
  • Plan and implement a go-to-market strategy for priority product launches for our creator ecosystem.
  • Lead the development and execution of a coherent global strategy during planning.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in marketing across one or more marketing fields.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to influence partners and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for culture, design, and trends in tech.
