Senior Program Manager, GTM Programs

This role is based in Kirkland, WA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between engineering and sales.
• Design and manage programs to streamline collaboration and accelerate outcomes.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness.
• Act as a strategic partner to leaders in sales and engineering.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience as an executive consulting leader.
• Understanding of the cloud services industry.
