This role is based in Maryland, USA, requiring onsite client-facing work in Annapolis Junction, MD, 5 days a week.

Compensation:

$174,000 - $253,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify security issues and implement security controls, tools, and services.
  • Create AI-driven detections and workflows.
  • Implement monitoring strategies and response plans.
  • Conduct ongoing threat hunts and forensic analysis.
  • Embed best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in security assessments or design reviews.
  • 5 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
  • 5 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field.
  • Experience with AI-native solutions and generative AI technologies.
  • Experience in offensive security and advanced pen testing.
  • Strong background in DevSecOps practices.
