This role is based in Maryland, USA, requiring onsite client-facing work in Annapolis Junction, MD, 5 days a week.
Compensation:
$174,000 - $253,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Identify security issues and implement security controls, tools, and services.
- Create AI-driven detections and workflows.
- Implement monitoring strategies and response plans.
- Conduct ongoing threat hunts and forensic analysis.
- Embed best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in security assessments or design reviews.
- 5 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
- 5 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field.
- Experience with AI-native solutions and generative AI technologies.
- Experience in offensive security and advanced pen testing.
- Strong background in DevSecOps practices.
