Senior Software Engineer, Cluster Management, Borg

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Code in C++ programming language.
• Understand guest (virtualized) and host (hypervisor) environments and develop secure solutions.
• Collaborate with peers to design and optimize software features on Google's hardware stack.
• Lead design and build processes for performance metrics at scale.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience with performance analysis and optimization.
• 2 years of experience with debugging and Linux.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience coding in Rust, C, C++, and Python.
• Experience in concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization.
