Senior Software Engineer, Defense and Consulting Engineering

This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with adjacent Google Cloud Security teams to influence solution strategies and deliver joint solutions.
• Work across all layers of the stack (full stack development) to build scalable, resilient backend services.
• Influence feature roadmap by identifying areas of improvement and anticipating customer pain points.
• Deliver innovative, customer-friendly experiences and lead design discussions.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
