Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, Food Journeys

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Write and test product or system development code.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback.
• Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on updates.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in Java.
• 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• 5 years of experience analyzing A/B test results using statistical methods.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development across various technologies.
• Experience in building agentic systems.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
