This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Develop AI agents for customer support, applying domain expertise and working closely with customers.
  • Define the technical roadmap for integrating AI agents into various ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with product and quality teams to accelerate development in a rapidly evolving domain.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C++, Java.
  • 7 years leading technical project strategy and optimizing ML infrastructure.
  • 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years with GenAI techniques.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in developing scalable distributed systems.
  • Experience leading complex projects to build and deploy advanced AI agents.
