Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Develop AI agents for customer support, applying domain expertise and working closely with customers.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating AI agents into various ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product and quality teams to accelerate development in a rapidly evolving domain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C++, Java.
- 7 years leading technical project strategy and optimizing ML infrastructure.
- 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years with GenAI techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in developing scalable distributed systems.
- Experience leading complex projects to build and deploy advanced AI agents.
