Responsibilities:
- Build a team responsible for SSD storage products, setting priorities aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with multiple partner teams and support critical customers.
- Develop technical goals and roadmaps, evolving them to meet future requirements.
- Design systems and write development code to address complex problems.
- Establish long-term goals for storage features and collaborate with partner teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years in software development with 7 years in large-scale infrastructure.
- 5 years in technical leadership and people management roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
- Experience in complex organizations and storage technologies.
