This role is based in Mountain View, CA.
Compensation:
$236,000 - $330,000/year + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the exploration of new, AI-native user experiences.
- Design and implement AI-driven processes across all UX functions.
- Act as a primary advisor to executives on AI implications.
- Evaluate and deploy Generative AI tools for improved efficiency.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 2 years of experience in payments technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 15 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 7 years in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 6 years leading design projects.
- 5 years working with executive leaders.
