Compensation:
$224,000-$315,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of new AI-driven concepts that transform how people create, code, and share information.
- Transform complex AI agent workflows into intuitive, consumer-grade experiences.
- Own the design process from strategic ideation to high-fidelity execution.
- Build conceptual models and prototypes to test AI-driven ideas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Portfolio or relevant work link required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design or related field.
- 15 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- Experience leading design projects and working with executive leaders.
