Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of AI creativity and learning tools, establishing new design systems.
  • Influence product roadmaps through innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn AI research into high-impact products.
  • Ensure product features meet real-world needs through user insights.
  • Manage large-scale projects from concept to prototypes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years in product design or UX.
  • Experience with generative AI products.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years in a complex organization.
  • Understanding of motion design and UI interaction.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
