This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA.
Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead design strategy for the GCBP Transact Platform, influencing user journeys across enterprise deals.
- Define and drive UX goals for seamless interactions across GCBP surfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Communicate user experiences through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in UX product design, including interaction design.
- Experience with enterprise products and GenAI Agentic UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma and a portfolio of UX design samples.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning design system.
- Ability to use AI tools for prototyping.
