This role is based in San Jose, CA.
Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Represent the user in product discussions, ensuring a focus on the human experience.
- Integrate AI into design processes to create predictive interfaces.
- Define and prototype user interactions with TVs using voice, gesture, and AI.
- Manage the design life-cycle for the TV OS, from identifying user friction to delivering polished solutions.
- Lead the growth of the Google TV Design System.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
- Experience with Consumer Electronics and AI prototyping tools.
- Portfolio or relevant links to work required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Gaming Industry.
