Location: New York, NY, USA

Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Integrate user feedback into product updates.
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
  • Experience designing consumer-facing experiences.
  • Experience with AI concepts and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 years in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 2 years leading design projects.
  • Experience with UX Writing and designing AI interfaces.
