Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple strategic UX programs for key product experiences.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to align roadmaps and resources.
  • Advocate for operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Govern structured design reviews to maximize team efficiency.
  • Ensure clear visibility into program status and strategic priorities for stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
  • Experience with UX related projects and methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the product development life-cycle.
  • Experience analyzing data to drive strategy.
  • Experience managing risks in dynamic environments.
  • Experience partnering effectively on cross-functional projects.
