Compensation:
$141,000 - $206,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the end-to-end social media strategy for Google Ads.
- Drive a community-first approach to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
- Utilize social listening to inform briefs and optimize creative recommendations.
- Optimize content performance based on social reach and engagement KPIs.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to scale lead generation efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product marketing, social media strategy, or digital advertising.
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr or Brandwatch).
Preferred qualifications:
- Expert-level understanding of social platforms and performance measurement.
- Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of engaging social content.
- Proven track record of developing successful social strategies with measurable impact.
