Compensation:

$141,000 - $206,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end social media strategy for Google Ads.
  • Drive a community-first approach to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Utilize social listening to inform briefs and optimize creative recommendations.
  • Optimize content performance based on social reach and engagement KPIs.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to scale lead generation efforts.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product marketing, social media strategy, or digital advertising.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr or Brandwatch).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Expert-level understanding of social platforms and performance measurement.
  • Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of engaging social content.
  • Proven track record of developing successful social strategies with measurable impact.
