This role is based in San Jose, CA, USA; Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
  • Review code developed by others and provide feedback.
  • Contribute to documentation and adapt content based on updates.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug as necessary.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in C/C++.
  • 2 years of experience in algorithmic optimization for embedded systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in work profiling and benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with C/C++ build systems and tooling.
  • Knowledge of ML frameworks and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with Android development.
