This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance characteristics and bottlenecks in critical Google data center applications and/or Cloud infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated and AI/ML workloads.
  • Evaluate and enable new hardware/software features to benefit Google ARM servers.
  • Develop infrastructure and tools to prototype, enable, and tune unique server features for Google.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and architects, to drive performance optimization efforts.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience in software development in one or more general purpose programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent implementation skills (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
