This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the GenAI prototypes, defining the frameworks and components necessary for AI-driven orchestration.
  • Architect system loops and implement the interaction between deterministic C++/Go code and GenAI Reasoning Agents.
  • Develop validation engines and build data-driven verification systems.
  • Define execution intent and contribute to the design of a new outcome-oriented execution intent language.
  • Optimize infrastructure using AI to improve resource utilization.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with coding in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Research experience in Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, and related fields.
  • Work or educational experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a PhD program.
  • Experience translating complex theoretical research into functional prototypes.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to unify orchestration stacks.
