This role is based in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to major Google products by implementing, testing, and deploying the code.
- Collaborate with domain experts, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to translate organizational needs into technical deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools to increase productivity and velocity.
- Focus on developing services with an emphasis on maintainability.
- Explore and leverage new solutions to enhance product quality.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.
- Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Networking, Load Balancing, Distributed Systems, and Microservices.
