This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation:
$147,000 - $211,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Write product or system development code.
- Deliver engineering milestones for speech production infrastructure.
- Profile and optimize serving infrastructure for high reliability and efficiency.
- Triage and debug complex system issues in production.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience programming in C++ and Python.
- 2 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of speech and language technologies.
