This role is based in Mountain View, CA, USA.
Compensation:
$147000 - $211000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Write code that meets standards, applying AI tools in development.
- Balance short- and long-term goals for Search development.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to align work with project goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 2 years of experience in Java, Python, or C/C++.
- Experience with distributed systems and developing accessible technologies.
