This role is based in New York, NY.
Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and launch of high-quality, scalable applications that empower advertisers.
- Create AI-powered experiences that help advertisers grow their business on Google Ads.
- Shape the team's strategic direction and technical roadmap.
- Guide and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with experimentation and analysis.
- Experience with advertising products.
- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
