Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and launch of high-quality, scalable applications that empower advertisers.
  • Create AI-powered experiences that help advertisers grow their business on Google Ads.
  • Shape the team's strategic direction and technical roadmap.
  • Guide and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Experience with front-end languages (e.g., JavaScript or TypeScript).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with experimentation and analysis.
  • Experience with advertising products.
  • Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
