This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full-cycle of development from idea through design, implementation, testing to exposing features to millions of end users.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams inside Google, including Product Management, User Experience, and Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Contribute to integrating the software stack with Google Production systems.
  • Ensure appropriate test automation and coverage for developed features.
  • Contribute creatively to processes, testing, automation, products, and business growth.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, C#, Python).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years in a people management role.
  • 3 years of experience with Android or iOS application development or in back-end.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
