Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the organization's goals.
  • Design and guide systems designs, and write product or system development code.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback.
  • Define and influence technical direction and strategy.
  • Manage, support, and grow a team of client engineers (Android and iOS).

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience with Android or iOS application development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience in consumer-facing mobile applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 7 years of experience in mobile development and scaling mobile apps.
  • 3 years of experience in designing, maintaining, and improving engineering systems.
  • 3 years of experience working in a changing organization.
