Software Engineering Manager II, Infrastructure, Google Cloud Compute

This role is based in Seattle, WA, USA or Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop technical vision and roadmap for multiple teams.
• Guide system designs and review code for best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C++, Java.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role and 2 years in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
