This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Software/Systems Engineers on projects for users and be responsible for uptime.
  • Defend the Service Level Objective (SLO) and support a postmortem culture.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and ML to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to deliver business impact and define the functional scope for the team.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8 years of software development experience.
  • 3 years of experience managing teams.
  • 3 years of experience leading projects.
  • 3 years of experience with distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems or microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
