Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy.
  • Guide engineers in optimizing their code and achieving team objectives.
  • Design and vet systems for physical automation infrastructure.
  • Work at Google data centers to observe and interact with robotic systems.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in robotics and complex organizations.
