Location: Cambridge, MA, USA
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering teams and oversee large-scale projects.
- Develop privacy-focused software infrastructure for compliance and enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional engagements to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
- Mentor junior engineers and support project acceleration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of experience in C++ programming.
- 5 years in people management or team leadership.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Experience in data privacy or security software development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
- Experience in security governance and privacy data handling.
