Location: Cambridge, MA, USA

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering teams and oversee large-scale projects.
  • Develop privacy-focused software infrastructure for compliance and enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional engagements to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support project acceleration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in C++ programming.
  • 5 years in people management or team leadership.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
  • Experience in data privacy or security software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science.
  • Experience in security governance and privacy data handling.
