This role is based in Raleigh, NC or Durham, NC.
Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to design and implement features in Kubernetes and storage.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and influence technical direction.
- Oversee Data Protection and Disaster Recovery projects.
- Foster team growth and a positive working environment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with distributed systems or storage architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and GoLang.
- Experience managing storage systems.
