Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to design and implement features in Kubernetes and storage.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence technical direction.
  • Oversee Data Protection and Disaster Recovery projects.
  • Foster team growth and a positive working environment.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with distributed systems or storage architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and GoLang.
  • Experience managing storage systems.
