This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA, and involves providing quantitative support and strategic insights to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Compensation:

$183,000-$271,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis using SQL, R, and Python; lead new analyses and experiments.
  • Own project outcomes, including problem definition, metrics development, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Develop solutions for ambiguous problems and oversee cross-functional project timelines.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of statistical data analysis experience.
  • 6 years of experience conducting A/B tests.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in solving product or business problems with coding skills in Python, R, or SQL.
