This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
Work on evaluation, metrics, and user insights for AI answers within Search Health. Influence product and engineering directions through strategic data-driven insights. Apply advanced statistical, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Model (LLM) methodologies to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop advanced analysis and methodologies to identify product opportunities.
- Initiate and drive projects to completion autonomously.
- Frame and solve ambiguous business problems and communicate solutions effectively.
- Interact cross-functionally and influence product stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to influence product leadership.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.)
- 8 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, or 6 years with a PhD.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in analytics or 8 years with a PhD.
- Experience in scientific methodologies and LLM.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.
