Compensation:
CAD 204,000-209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the 'Discovery-to-Deployment' journey for AI applications.
- Bridge the gap between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
- Drive production excellence through evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks.
- Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules.
- Mentor talent and influence cross-functional strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience in AI-powered solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms.
- Experience with full-stack solutions and managing technical sessions with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in AI or Computer Science.
- Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM-native metrics.
- Ability to implement secure workflows with OAuth-based authentication.
