Compensation:
$176000 - $257000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical direction for cross-functional teams.
- Develop security frameworks, policies, and standards for network designs.
- Conduct threat modeling and security assessments for products and services.
- Lead security programs and initiatives from inception to impact.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience with network routing protocols and design.
- Experience with network security and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing security policies and controls.
- Experience in security engineering and vulnerability management.
