This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for a scalable platform supporting AI-driven GRC functions.
  • Lead the development of AI/ML models to automate and scale GRC workflows.
  • Oversee data pipeline engineering for training AI models.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience.
  • 5 years of experience in ML design and infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in software engineering roles.
  • Experience with AI/ML systems and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
