Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable infrastructure and products.
  • Drive and participate in the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML solutions.
  • Define long-term strategy and guide the team to execute projects from ambiguous requirements to high-impact deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages like Java, Kotlin, or Python, and front-end technologies like TypeScript.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
