Staff UX Designer, Ads Agentic Experiences

Compensation:

$178,000-$265,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual design direction for AI-powered support surfaces.
  • Develop a visual design language and component library for AI-driven support experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create engaging user interfaces.
  • Mentor other designers and advocate for visual craft across the team.
  • Prototype visual and motion design patterns for conversational UI and data visualization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience with visual design systems and collaboration with UX functions, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Portfolio or relevant links to your work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience leading design projects and working with executives.
  • Understanding of motion design principles and high-fidelity animations.
