Compensation:

$178,000-$265,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and contribute to Augmented Reality (AR) System UI architecture and interaction models.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Engineers and cross-functional partners.
  • Define product outlook and contribute to user research and product strategy.
  • Solve complex design problems involving both screen-space and spatial design.
  • Communicate user narratives with strategic reasoning behind design decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with product design or UX.
  • Experience with hardware/software interaction design and design systems.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with advanced prototyping tools and motion design.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong visual design abilities.
