Compensation:

$178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Architect the foundational identity for ad experiences across YouTube’s core surfaces.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and develop cohesive goals that harmonize brand stories.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to align stakeholders.
  • Elevate the visual quality of features with a critical eye for aesthetics.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • 5 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
