Compensation:
$178,000-$265,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of AI tools that enhance information management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
- Drive the design lifecycle from ideation to execution.
- Develop prototypes and validate design decisions through UX research.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience leading design projects and working with executive leaders.
