This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject-matter-expert in supply chain processes, focusing on order management and logistics.
  • Define and implement complex business solutions in collaboration with internal users and external technology providers.
  • Lead systems implementation projects, delivering key artifacts such as requirements documentation and test execution.
  • Support critical systems using IT and software engineering practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in designing and implementing ERP systems, particularly in eCommerce and retail.
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain systems including order management and logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in APICS, CSCP, or CPIM.
  • Experience with cross-functional engineering collaboration.
  • Understanding of master data management principles.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
