This role is focused on managing and improving program delivery for YouTube's Consumer Experience Operations and related teams.

Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage OKRs across cross-functional teams and clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Lead complex programs and facilitate global working groups.
  • Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Continuously improve processes and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years in program or project management.
  • Experience in customer service or support operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tech delivery initiatives and software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Familiarity with support-related tooling and infrastructure.
