Talent Management Partner, DeepMind (Fixed-Term Contract)

This role is based in London, UK or Mountain View, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$141,000 - $206,000/year + 15% bonus target

Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with People and Culture teams and executive leaders to assess talent needs.
• Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of talent initiatives.
• Drive change management efforts related to talent initiatives.
• Function as a trusted thought partner, sharing industry insights.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development or HR.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Passion for coaching and developing individuals.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to talent management.
