$141,000 - $206,000/year + 15% bonus target
Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with People and Culture teams and executive leaders to assess talent needs.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of talent initiatives.
- Drive change management efforts related to talent initiatives.
- Function as a trusted thought partner, sharing industry insights.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development or HR.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Passion for coaching and developing individuals.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to talent management.
