Compensation:
$131,000-$192,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across various technical functions.
- Provide project management to drive searches forward, ensuring consistent experiences for hiring managers and candidates.
- Partner with leaders on technical hires, advising on talent needs and market insights.
- Build relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in executive-level technical talent search.
- 3 years of experience in client management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting executive-level engineering talent.
- Experience with full life-cycle executive searches.
- Experience in executive compensation negotiations.
