Compensation:

$131,000-$192,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across various technical functions.
  • Provide project management to drive searches forward, ensuring consistent experiences for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Partner with leaders on technical hires, advising on talent needs and market insights.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in executive-level technical talent search.
  • 3 years of experience in client management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting executive-level engineering talent.
  • Experience with full life-cycle executive searches.
  • Experience in executive compensation negotiations.
