Technical Program Manager, Advance Water, Cooling, Heat Reuse

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Waste Heat Recovery and Industrial Water Reuse projects for Google data centers.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk analyses for proposed projects.
- Establish relationships with third-party users of recovered heat and source viable water sources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for project implementation.
- Manage technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of project development.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management in energy infrastructure or utility projects.
- Experience with waste heat recovery or industrial water infrastructure projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer.
- Experience with third-party utility agreements.
- Understanding of data center cooling systems and environmental regulations.
