Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with data center teams to ensure programs align with audit/compliance expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage site audits from various sources with stakeholders.
  • Lead the tactical development of the data center compliance program.
  • Enhance and transform practices to support compliance and audits.
  • Create and maintain program strategy documentation and trainings.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in program management, compliance, risk management, and communication strategy.
  • Experience interacting with government and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams.

  • Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.
  • Mindset for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent investigative and communication skills.
