Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction and Design

This role is based in Reston, VA or Austin, TX, with remote options available.
Compensation:
$227,000-$320,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, construction, and capital project support for large-scale data center projects.
- Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers.
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders to resolve misalignment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure construction outcomes align with organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in program management, specifically within mission-critical facilities.
- 8 years of experience with construction lifecycle from programming through commissioning.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with data center equipment and environments.
- Understanding of the start-up and commissioning processes.
