This role is based in Middenmeer, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization.
  • Lead the development of detailed designs and manage construction delivery, cost, quality, and EHS.
  • Establish and maintain delivery models and relationships with vendors.
  • Create a growth plan and participate in hiring talent in project management and engineering.
  • Research and implement construction methods for data center facilities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management and data center environments.
  • Experience with facilities equipment including HVAC, security, and fire safety systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with commercial agreement management.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Fluency in Dutch.
