This role is based in Reston, VA, or Alameda, CA, and requires travel to various construction sites.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules.
  • Communicate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and report status to leadership.
  • Develop strategies for site findings and improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure systems.
