This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of GCP-wide reliability programs.
- Evaluate potential issues and opportunities for GCP-wide solutions.
- Gather and analyze cross-functional data.
- Drive excellence beyond your local portfolio.
- Collaborate with leadership and program management organizations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management or engineering leadership.
- Experience with site reliability engineering and developer operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience in systems reliability engineering at scale.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
