This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of GCP-wide reliability programs.
  • Evaluate potential issues and opportunities for GCP-wide solutions.
  • Gather and analyze cross-functional data.
  • Drive excellence beyond your local portfolio.
  • Collaborate with leadership and program management organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management or engineering leadership.
  • Experience with site reliability engineering and developer operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in systems reliability engineering at scale.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
